Step 1: Find the Lift AI Listing in the Salesloft Marketplace
You can find Lift AI’s Salesloft app listed on the Salesloft Marketplace here.
- If you are not already a Lift AI Customer, click on “Get Started” to set up a free trial of Lift AI.
You can also access it via the Salesloft Integrations section if you're already logged in to Salesloft. If accessing it that way:
- If you are an existing Lift AI Customer, click on “Connect Account”
- If you are not already a Lift AI Customer, click on “Sign Up Free” to set up a free trial of Lift AI.
Both Connect Account and Sign-up Free will take you to the Salesloft login page, then on to listing on the integrations page.


Click the Slider Button on the listing to open the authorization window to authorize the Lift AI Application from Salesloft.

Click "Authorize" and this will redirect you to the Lift AI Authentication Page to validate your account.
Step 2: Authenticate With Lift AI
Once on the Lift AI page, we will read your Salesloft User Details that are passed via secure API Integration to find your Lift AI account.
Existing Customers
Lift AI will automatically enable the Salesloft Integration. You will see a message that says:
“You have successfully connected Salesloft to your Lift AI account!
You can now go back to Salesloft. You will start to see Intent Data associated with Matched accounts and contacts in the next few minutes!”
New to Lift AI
If no Lift AI Account is found, then you will see this message;
“It looks like you don’t have a Lift AI Account yet. You can test Lift AI Buyer Intent For Free. Details Below.”
Click “Or Sign Up Free”. This will take you to set up your free Lift AI Trial.

Step 3: Authorize and Install Lift AI
New to Lift AI? Once you login, you will need to install Lift AI (see full instructions).

Once Lift AI is installed, please restart the process from the Salesloft Page to connect Salesloft to your newly installed Lift AI Account.
Step 4: Prioritize Sales Activity based on Buyer Intent Scores in Salesloft to Convert High Intent Opportunities Quickly and Improve Sales Team Efficiency.
Sales teams can see all the information about high intent visitors within an account–even the anonymous contacts within the accounts! Automatically take action by using scores to trigger a play or cadence!
Note: The Lift AI SalesLoft App matches companies identified on your website with those in SalesLoft. We then send Buyer Intent Scores to the corresponding company records.If you have Lift AI integrated with your MAP or CRM, you can pass the Lift AI VID to SalesLoft. We will also update the matching contacts with the Lift AI Buyer Score for the matched companies.

Q: Where will I see Lift AI data inside SalesLoft?
You will see Lift AI insights in two places:
- A Lift AI iframe on the right-hand panel of both Company and Contact records.
- Directly in custom fields on the Company and Contact objects.
Q: What data is shown in the Lift AI iframe?
The iframe displays visitor-level insights. This view is identical at the Company and Contact level and shows the following for each visitor Lift AI has associated with the company:
- Visitor (Anonymous ID or Contact Name, if matched)
- Score (Visitor Intent Band)
- Intent Segment (High, Mid, Low)
- Last Visit Date
- Number of Visits
- City
- Country
Important: The iframe only displays data if Lift AI has successfully associated the visitor to a company. If a Contact is not tied to a company and we cannot match the visitor by domain, the iframe will remain blank.
Q: What Lift AI data is written to Company fields?
When Lift AI matches an anonymous visitor’s domain to a company, the following Company fields are updated:
- LiftAI Comp Visitor Count
- LiftAI Comp High Intent Visitor Count
- LiftAI Comp Last Intent Date
- LiftAI Comp Highest Intent Band
- LiftAI Comp Highest Intent Segment
- LiftAI Comp Avg Intent Band
- LiftAI Comp Avg Intent Segment
- LiftAI Comp Sync Date
Q: What Lift AI data is written to Contact fields?
If Lift AI matches a specific visitor to a Contact (via Marketo, Drift, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), the following Contact fields are updated:
- LiftAI Cont First Intent Band
- LiftAI Cont First Intent Date
- LiftAI Cont First Intent Segment
- LiftAI Cont Last Intent Band
- LiftAI Cont Last Intent Date
- LiftAI Cont Last Intent Segment
- LiftAI Cont Sync Date
- Lift AI Visitor ID
Note: Anonymous visitor data is only shown in the iframe if the visitor is tied to a company.
Q: What about “People” in SalesLoft who are not tied to a company?
- Lift AI can still update their Contact fields if the visitor is matched.
- In these cases, the Company fields and iframe may remain blank.
- Exception: If Lift AI successfully performs a domain match, the associated Company record will still be updated, even if the Person was not linked to a company in SalesLoft.
Q: When is the data populated?
- Company data updates when Lift AI matches a visitor’s domain to a SalesLoft company.
- Contact data updates when Lift AI matches a visitor to a SalesLoft contact record via another connected system.
- The iframe updates in near real time with new visitor activity and scores.
