Over a 30-day period, RealVNC received 15,301 form fills.

60% (9,148) were Lift AI scored as low-intent, even though they had all filled out a form.

Sales reps were spending most of their time chasing these low-intent leads - which produced just 8% of total form revenue.

These were existing HubSpot CRM records that had gone cold. RealVNC had no recent or accurate signals to act on because those contacts had fallen off the radar long before.

And just 1,476 high and mid-intent matched visitors generated 2.3x more revenue than the 9,148 low-intent form fills combined.

On a per-visitor basis, these high- and mid-intent matched visitors were worth 14.4x more revenue than a low-intent form fill.

At the same time ID reveal was used to find 109,000 net-new Accounts browsing the RealVNC website that were not already in Hubspot. 

Those Accounts were ICP enriched, and 25,000 had a strong fit.

Traditional intent tools would then layer in some surface level signals to try and find the “buyers” within the 25,000, but ultimately fail at a <20% accuracy rate, leaving sales teams with an unwieldy list to follow-up with (or throw automation at).

But with Lift AI, RealVNC narrowed that 25,000 segment to just 962 high-intent, net-new Accounts for the sales team to hyperfocus on, surfacing a hidden stream of pipeline that would have been missed before.

Even after reprioritizing sales focus and uncovering hidden Accounts, RealVNC still had a major blind spot - anonymous visitors who showed high intent but never filled a form or identified themselves. This segment represented a significant 94% of traffic.

By connecting Lift AI to HubSpot Chat, RealVNC began targeting every high-intent visitor in real-time - including fully anonymous ones that no other tool could see.

The chat experience dynamically engaged these visitors based on intent - routing high-intent visitors directly to sales, while using automation for lower intent visitors.
